Gabby's Cafe Coppull is a gorgeous gluten-free cafe that opened its doors in April 2025. Our warm atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy a moment of bliss, whether you're catching up with friends or savoring a quiet break.

I wanted to create a safe space coeliacs can go to and be able to order anything on the menu! I also aim to challenge people's misconceptions about gluten free food (I bet you wouldn't even be able to tell!)
